Senior Product Manager

DexCare is looking for a Senior Product Manager to provide product leadership, develop and execute the product roadmap, and collaborate with teams to deliver innovative products. The role involves driving end-to-end product development, establishing cross-functional communication, and maintaining a strong understanding of consumer needs and market trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product manager experience
• Experience with healthcare technology
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
• Proven experience with consumer technology products for the healthcare industry
• Experience in establishing product roadmaps and overseeing the successful execution of product strategies
• Strong leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive product development initiatives
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives
