Accounts Receivable Collection Manager

Join Dexcom Corporation, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, as an Accounts Receivable Collection Manager in Vilnius, Lithuania. The role involves driving operational success, improvement, and efficiency across EMEA Collections activities. Manage and deliver on key operational goals for Cash Collection and Debt provisioning levels across EMEA, develop a consistent approach for Collections across EMEA, and form strong relationships with Internal & External Customers.

Requirements

• Oracle or other major ERP system experience
• Cash collections experience, particularly in developing strategies and techniques to maximise debt recovery opportunities
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar managerial role
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment as the company continues to grow
• Self-discipline with experience in maintaining accurate documentation and following procedures
• Experience in delivering process improvement
