Job Description
Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and is seeking a Business Continuity and EHSS Manager to drive the organization's business continuity and resilience strategy. The successful candidate will develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management framework, Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
Requirements
- 5-8 years of industry experience
- Typically with a bachelor's degree
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills
- Experience with multi-site, 24/7 operations and hybrid workforces
- Tech-savvy with IT continuity tools
