Job Description
Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our e-Commerce Customer Support team. The successful candidate will manage incoming and outgoing communication, troubleshoot customer issues, and adhere to client and regulatory compliance laws.
Requirements
- Manage both incoming and outgoing communication (chat, email, phone)
- Assist customers with questions or inquiries around e-Commerce process
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using desktop applications
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Adhere to all client and regulatory compliance laws
