Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Customer-oriented and empathetic with ability to listen and assist business customers and patients
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate and drive results
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Previous experience in Operations or Customer Support area is a plus
