The NOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring and supporting the organization’s IT network and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- At least 1 year experience in systems or network operations, or similar role
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) knowledge
- OSI fundamentals knowledge
- Monitoring tools knowledge
- ITSM platforms knowledge
