Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Dexcom Corporation, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support the start-up and ramp-up of their first European manufacturing site in Athenry, Ireland. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing improvements to manufacturing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing support and training to internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Manufacturing Management Systems in manufacturing modules
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems
• Experience working in a regulated environment, with CSV and validation processes
• Exposure to preventative and predictive maintenance, IT/OT connectivity, SCADA, and/or sensor technologies
• Exposure to digital work instructions, Industry 4.0, 5.0 experience
• Exposure to lean principles and operational excellence (OpEx)
• Ability to run self-directed projects, maintain timelines, stay organized, and balance multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and a willingness to try new and challenging things
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with many diverse groups
