
Job description
Lead the execution of the Corporate Compliance Program for the North America region, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Serve as a trusted compliance advisor and act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing pragmatic, risk-based guidance on commercial and operational initiatives.
Manage periodic compliance risk assessments, design and implement practical, scalable controls and mitigation strategies, lead end-to-end execution of U.S. transparency reporting, develop and deliver targeted compliance training, and manage internal compliance investigations.
Bring 8-10 years of experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or related function within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries, with a deep working knowledge of AKS, FCA, FCPA, Stark Law, PPSA/CMS Open Payments, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Canada, and OIG/DOJ guidance.
