Sr. Director, Compliance

Endologix LLC is seeking a Sr. Director, Compliance to join their Compliance team. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's healthcare compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or other highly regulated healthcare industries.

Requirements

• JD, MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
• 5 years of senior leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to a global healthcare compliance program
• Experience with U.S. and global data privacy and security laws
• Experience overseeing healthcare professional engagements, payments, grants, donations, and global transparency reporting
• Direct experience leading compliance investigations, hotline programs, and non-retaliation frameworks
• Experience monitoring and interpreting evolving global healthcare laws, regulations, industry codes, and enforcement trends
• Experience leading compliance teams within a regulated healthcare environment
• Certification in healthcare or corporate compliance and healthcare privacy and security is preferred
