Director of Compliance

Solace is a Series C startup that aims to redefine healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes. The company is seeking a Director of Compliance to build and own the systems that ensure high-trust, high-impact patient advocacy at scale.

Requirements

• A bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
• A builder's mentality with experience in building or scaling compliance programs in real-world, operationally complex settings
• Strong judgment with the ability to balance patient safety, regulatory integrity, and business velocity
• Excellent communication and influence skills
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, marketplaces, or similarly regulated environments
• Experience with HIPAA, Medicare (including Advantage plans), and multi-state regulatory environments
• Experience working with audits, investigations, and compliance program management
