The successful candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, market access, or health policy within medtech, pharma, or healthcare consulting.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, market access, or health policy
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing global initiatives and influencing executive-level decisions
- Strong analytical and strategic foresight skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor talent
- Experience in diabetes, cardiovascular, renal, or women's health markets; familiarity with CGM technology and health economics preferred
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
