Requirements

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for software product development and test automation initiatives
• Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Lead the daily operations of the offshore development center
• Build and lead an engaged team that is accountable and meets project deliverables
• Establish seamless communication channels between India and stakeholders in San Diego and Portland
• Drive process improvements to reduce the overall product defect rate and increase efficiency
• Manage compliance of the software testing procedures with regulatory guidance and industry accepted best practices
• Create best practices and departmental guidelines for testing methods supporting comprehensive automation and overall software product testing
