Sr Systems Engineer

Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and managing large-scale systems infrastructure, a solid understanding of systems engineering principles, and experience supporting enterprise environments across Windows and Linux operating systems and services.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced systems infrastructure
• Manage complex systems projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Develop and enforce systems policies, procedures, and standards to ensure optimal performance and security
• Monitor systems performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain high availability
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business initiatives and infrastructure projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior systems engineers
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to systems and infrastructure
• Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity
• Provide technical expertise and support for system-related incidents and escalations
