Executive Assistant

Dexis, a professional services firm, is seeking a full-time U.S. government executive assistant to support a Senior Leadership member within a government agency. The role involves administrative support, communication, and coordination, working independently within a high-paced environment with minimal supervision. This is a contract position with no telework or remote work.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience providing administrative support in a federal environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
• Work during core business hours (9:00 am to 3:45 pm)
