Program Coordinator for U.S. Embassy and DOH Cooperation on TB and Health Security, DOS LEAP Global - Philippines

The Program Coordinator for U.S. Embassy and Department of Health (DOH) Cooperation on Tuberculosis (TB) and Global Health Security (GHS) will provide strategic coordination and technical support to the DOH Bureau of International Health Cooperation (BIHC).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, international relations, development studies, public administration, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience supporting public health programs, development projects, or government coordination activities.
• Demonstrated experience in program coordination, reporting, monitoring, or administrative support for health or development initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with government offices, development partners, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare reports, meeting documentation, and program tracking materials.
• Ability to conduct field visits and support monitoring activities when required.
