Job Description
Dexis is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to support the technical design for a U.S. Department of State global health security program, focusing on a U.S. government program related to physical, technical, and procedural elements. The role involves leading technical solution development, refining proposal content, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with government priorities. It is a high-impact, short-term engagement for an individual skilled in understanding the operational and technical aspects of government global health programs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in global health for federal clients, ideally within the Department of State and/or USAID.
- Deep familiarity with U.S. Department of State and/or former USAID global health programs, particularly those under the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD).
- Demonstrated experience developing or managing technical solutions for federal contracts in global health security domains.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.
