Developer Advocate Engineer

Dexmate is building the platform for physical AI — general-purpose humanoid robots and the full-stack infrastructure powering them. The role is to help AI/ML developers understand what happens when their models leave the data center and run on a humanoid robot, and to build the sample projects, write the tutorials, and create the content that makes Dexmate the platform serious AI engineers choose when they want to work on physical AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ML engineering experience — model development, training infrastructure, inference, or MLOps
• Strong Python skills
• Real ML engineering experience — model training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, or ML infrastructure
• Ability to write clear getting-started guides for developers and credible technical talks for ML researchers
• Experience with vision-language-action models or embodied AI research (strong bonus)
• Hands-on sim-to-real transfer work (strong bonus)
• Familiarity with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Drake, or Genesis (strong bonus)
• Existing technical blog, GitHub, or YouTube with real traction (strong bonus)
• Open-source ML contributions (strong bonus)
• Experience deploying models on edge or embedded hardware (strong bonus)
