Job Description
Magnetic Component Engineering (MCE) is seeking a CNC Machinist II to perform tasks related to the machining of production and prototype parts. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-axis lathes and mills, and be able to hold tight tolerances (+/- 2 microns).
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certification in Machining preferred
- 3 years' experience machining low volume, highly engineered product
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
- Understanding of G&M code programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills
- Machine shop math and complex blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
- Knowledge and use of a wide variety of precision measuring equipment
