Job Description
Dexter Magnetic Technologies seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop and execute manufacturing processes for mechanical components and assemblies. The successful candidate will lead cost reduction projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum of 5 years in a lead role in the manufacturing environment
- Proven record of successful launch as it relates to new process introduction and planning efficient manufacturing processes
- Proven record of leading cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong 3D CAD skills with at least 2,000 hours of experience on Solidworks
- Strong drafting and GD&T skills with the ability to perform tolerance stack up analysis
- Green Belt / Lean Manufacturing Certification
- Knowledge of magnetic materials and applications
- Working knowledge with ERP/MRP (preferably Epicor)
- Demonstrated Project Management skillset
- Excellent knowledge of applicable Metrology
