Manufacturing Engineer, Document Control

We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to fill the role of Manufacturing Engineer, Document Control. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our product information management systems and successfully bring products to volume manufacturing and meet market demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing and NPI documentation
• Proven experience with the Teamcenter PLM system
• In-depth knowledge of PLM/BOM principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to completion
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
• Strong ability to multi-task and switch contexts while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Continuous improvement oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• CAD system experience is a plus
