Account Executive, Western Canada (Remote Workforce Accommodations)

Dexterra Group is seeking an Account Executive, Western Canada to join their Sales Team. The role involves growing the company's Workforce Accommodations, Forestry & Energy Services division throughout Western Canada. Key responsibilities include supporting sales growth, prospecting new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Post‐secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and staying organized in a fast‐moving pipeline
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region (Ontario and Manitoba), including remote project sites and Nationally when needed
• A proactive, energetic approach — someone who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and thrives while managing multiple priorities
