Portfolio Monitoring Manager

We're looking for a Portfolio Monitoring Manager to join our Credit & Portfolio team, responsible for scanning the Portfolio of existing Dealers to spot adverse trends and working with other Credit & Portfolio and Commercial colleagues to address and resolve any issues identified.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lending to Commercial customers across a variety of product types
• Ability to build, improve, and interpret data sets and detailed statistical analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage and build effective working relationships with colleagues across all areas of the business
• Flexibility and dynamic in approach to resolving issues and ability to articulate findings and recommendations to a broad cross-section of colleagues and influence others to take appropriate actions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Business
• Good understanding of commercial lending products and credit risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues
• Experience in using data analytics tools to inform business decisions
