Terminalarbetare med teamledaransvar till Crossdock-avdelningen

We are looking for a Terminal Worker with team leadership responsibilities to the night shift on our Crossdock department at the terminal in Arendal. The ideal candidate should be a driven and structured person with experience in leadership, logistics, and/or terminal operations, and proficient in Swedish and English.

Requirements

• Prioritize and distribute the team's operational tasks on a daily basis
• Introduce and train new employees in the team
• Represent the team at meetings with other departments and promote a functioning collaboration
