DFDS is looking for a Financial Reporting Lead to strengthen its finance team. The role involves managing end-to-end financial and management reporting processes, ensuring accurate and high-quality financial information is delivered to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics)
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years of audit experience at Big 4 audit firm is preferred
- CPA license or currently in the CPA licensure process is required
- Extensive experience in the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, consolidation processes, and related disclosures
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
- Proficient in detailed General Ledger analysis and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable messages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
