Operation Manager

DFDS is looking for an Operation Manager to strengthen logistics operations and ensure excellent customer experience. In this role, you will oversee and optimize sea and road transportation operations, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Team management
• Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet, logistics operation
• Knowledge of contracts with logistics service providers, pricing and cost analysis
• Competent in negotiation, contract management and supplier relations
