The Digital & eCommerce Marketing Assistant Manager will develop and implement performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and e-commerce revenue growth, manage digital marketing campaigns, and analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, online marketing, or within a digital agency, preferably in e-commerce
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, preferably in the e-commerce sector
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other major digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
