Job Description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to drive growth across our Singapore and Malaysia online businesses, with a strong focus on e-commerce and performance marketing. You'll lead digital strategy across Meta, Google, and key marketplaces while mentoring a team and delivering measurable commercial impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or FMCG
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada)
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Tableau, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimisation skills
- Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Can work onsite in KL Office
