Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, FMCG, or an agency environment
• Strong execution capability with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
• Good understanding of retail operations, promotion mechanics, and customer marketing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
