Job Description
Leads the preparation of reports and analyses to support management's strategic decision-making. Independently manages and drives various cross-functional projects, and investigates, organizes, and analyzes complex business data.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 35 years of relevant work experience in business planning, finance, consulting, or related field; F&B / retail / franchise industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate data into business insights
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling) and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL preferred
