Job Description
The Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the entire operations function, responsible for building and optimizing operational processes, managing supply chain logistics, and leading cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in the beauty retail business or online/offline platform business in the U.S.
- Experience in establishing and implementing local marketing strategies in the U.S.
- Experience in handling multi-location operations and building infrastructure for scalability.
- Track record of managing multi-functional teams (logistics, customer service, warehousing, store operations, etc.).
- Leadership experience with major U.S. beauty and wellness retailers.
- Established network within the U.S. beauty and wellness industry.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of Korean and U.S. beauty trends and the U.S. retail landscape, is a plus.
