Job Description
IT Specialist responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT related field or an equivalent combination of education and experiences
- Bilingual Required(Korean & English)
- Excellent hardware/software troubleshooting, problem-solving and diagnosis skills
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through remote access desktop programs
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS
- Experience with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation, and order management systems or ERP preferred
- A working knowledge of DC operational practices and procedures, and a good understanding of Supply Chain and WMS concepts preferred
- Experience with networking hardware and concepts such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and TCP/IP
