Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service within our 3PL environment. This role will manage inventory, optimize workflows, lead warehouse and operational teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service levels.

Requirements

• Speaks Korean (required)
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within a 3PL environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and transportation logistics.
• Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance.
