The Project Lead will oversee statewide strategic IT contracts, ensuring compliance with prescribed processes and managing contract and grant terms.

Requirements

• 20 years knowledge of government regulations, laws, and software licensing practices
• 20 years managing a customer expenditure portfolio in line with strategy
• 20 years driving efficiencies, service enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• 15 years with DCS contract practices
• 15 years in DCS contract budgeting and forecasting
• 12 years preparing and forecasting Legislative Appropriation Requests
• 8 years in planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, and reporting
