Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will perform advanced business analysis and user experience design to deliver effective, user-focused solutions. This role ensures design decisions align with industry best practices, agency standards, and research-driven principles.
Requirements
- Analysis: Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements from stakeholder interviews
- Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and user experience workflows that follow best practices and meet user needs
