Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will contribute to the team by integrating with client organizations, coordinating project execution plans, and providing primary daily contact to clients, contractors, and consultants. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, aviation, engineering, or design and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- 10 years of experience with large project administration, project management, with an emphasis on work at campus or large facilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED Accreditation (LEED AP) or CCM (CMAA) is a plus
- Proficient in project management applications, ePM tools, and the full Microsoft Office Suite
