Commerciële Teamlead | Verzekeringen

We are looking for a Commercial Team Lead to join our office in Wevelgem, Belgium. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of three colleagues, mentoring and coaching them, and contributing to the growth of the insurance segment within the office. You will also be in direct contact with customers, mainly SMEs, and work on commercial strategy and business development within the insurance segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent through experience
• At least 10 years of experience in insurance, ideally with an intermediary
• Fluent Dutch and very good French
