Diageo is looking for a National Sales Director to implement the company's commercial strategy across the CHR circuit in France, ensuring the performance of the sales force and profitability of field operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and commercial management
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management in an FMCG or spirits/beverages environment
• Strong experience in managing multi-regional and multi-channel teams
• Proven experience in managing performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, ROI, DN/DP)
• In-depth knowledge of the On Trade circuit and regional distribution networks
