Finance Specialist (Reporting & Controls)

We’re looking for a motivated and thorough Financial Specialist to support our Commercial Finance Manager and play a key role in strengthening our finance operations. The role offers hands-on responsibility in month-end reporting, credit control, purchasing, and continuous improvement projects, giving you a strong platform for professional development in a global organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, analytical finance/accounting role
• Strong practical experience in month-end close activities, with a particular focus on journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Good working knowledge of cash processes, accounts receivable, and accounts payable cycles
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and high numerical accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills and overall strong systems affinity
• Comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external partners
