Financial Controlling Lead Analyst (Fixed-term contract)

We're seeking a Financial Controlling Lead Analyst to support the team with technical accounting matters and financial controlling analysis. The role involves ensuring smooth and accurate month-end closes, preparing financial & statutory reports, and partnering with the RTR team to ensure accurate financial statements. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years' experience in finance/accounting and is a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial controlling.

Requirements

• Degree educated in relevant finance/accounting/business
• Qualified accountant
• 4-5 years' experience in relevant area
• Experience working within an international/multicultural environment
• Exemplary Risk Management (Internal Controls, Managing Risk, Embedding Compliance & Ethics)
• Strong Financial Controlling knowledge (Balance sheet, Group and Local Financial Reporting, Accounting principles)
• Strong analytical skills to be able to see and understand the big picture and deliver high level message, offering solutions for issues
• Fluent English knowledge
