Job Description
We are seeking a Global Master Data-Insights and Visualization Manager to build and automate Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to support Global Data Management across multiple master data domains. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing Power BI dashboards, developing automation workflows using Power Automate and custom solutions with Power Apps, and integrating data from various SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles, with strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning, visualization standard methodologies)
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) – certification preferred
- Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SaaS applications (Salesforce, Oswald, OneTrust, Anaplan, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms
- Good understanding of data management principles and governance frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, insightful BI solutions
- Experience in FMCG/CPG or other global enterprises preferred
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Microsoft certification in Power BI or Power Platform desirable
