Product Compliance Team Lead

The Product Compliance Team Lead is a key role within the Global Regulatory Team, responsible for leading a team of Regulatory Specialists, managing reporting and pipeline management, and providing regulatory expertise for specific markets and projects. The purpose of this role is to ensure product compliance and provide regulatory support to various teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification (Food Science/Science/Engineering)
• Proven track record of leading and delivering cross-functionally across a regional, international or global environment
• Self-starter with an ability to work independently and with remote and virtual teams
• Ability to assess complex and ambiguous information and create clear guidance for partners
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
