Diageo is seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to drive impactful shopper marketing strategies and collaborate with retail partners, sales teams, and internal collaborators to drive shopper engagement and conversion at the point of purchase.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG business
- Knowledge of Swiss and Austrian market
- Passion for creating experiences for customers and consumers
- Problem solver and teammate who can deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly
- Strong history of working with sales, brand, and trade marketing teams
- Ability to analyze campaign results and leverage insights to optimize future initiatives
- Proficient in German and English, French is a plus
