Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and expert Data Science professional to serve as an evangelist to power data and insights to enable decisions at Diageo. The role will partner with Finance, HR, and Corporate Analytics teams to design, develop, and deploy AI, and ML solutions that enhance decision intelligence and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with strong exposure to Finance, HR, or Corporate Analytics domains
- Strong experience in advance analytic techniques including Predictive modelling, Time-series forecasting, Clustering & segmentation, Optimisation, Causal inference & experimentation
- Hands-on experience in Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Azure (or similar cloud platforms)
- Domain understanding in at least one corporate function (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, or Governance Analytics)
- Working knowledge of deep learning architectures and NLP frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and model deployment standard methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior commercial partners
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from problem definition through deployment and adoption
