Weekend Shift Manager

We are seeking a Weekend Shift Manager to join our Shieldhall site, responsible for leading a team of circa 40 people and driving dedication and continuous improvement culture. The role requires experience in operational leadership, leading other leaders, and passion for development and growth.

• Open to a predominantly weekend shift with flexibility to work weekdays
