Job Description
DIALOG is a collaborative and sustainability-focused firm seeking a Senior Clinical/Healthcare Planner to lead projects from pre-design through to construction, balancing clinical needs with human experience. The role involves client collaboration, representation, mentoring, and contributing to a thriving design culture. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with a Healthcare Design Practice
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Eligibility for provincial architectural registration (I.A.B.A., AAA, or AIBC)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Revit and BIM
- Knowledge of medical equipment planning process
- Experience leading design in predesign to construction
- Experience applying modern healthcare planning principles
