Project Manager

Dialpad is seeking a Project Manager to own the full deployment process for customers, leading them through the Dialpad Deployment Methodology and providing a world-class experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in the VoIP, CCaaS, or Telephony industry, and will be a subject matter expert in the Dialpad deployment methodology.

Requirements

• Master the Dialpad deployment methodology and tools
• Lead deployment projects with customers
• Host admin training sessions for customers
• Configure integrations, provision devices, and troubleshoot complex issues
• Partner with Dialpad Solution Architects to form a deployment team
