Job Description
Dialpad is the leading AI-powered customer communications platform. As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will contribute to the development of Dialpad’s native Salesforce integration, along with other critical apps. This role involves developing and maintaining code, participating in code reviews, and working with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language, especially Java or Python
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative & team player, but also able to work independently & autonomously
- Pragmatic approach to solving problems whilst balancing business goals
- Agentic AI experience
- AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
