Job Description
Diamond Foundry Inc. is a unicorn that has grown fast and profitably, and is looking for an Operations Manager to maximize efficiency and profitability. The person will oversee the manufacture of products, ensure safety, quality, performance, and cost standards are consistently met, and manage the workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Production Management, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Manager in Operations/Production Management with Lean Manufacturing skills
- Knowledge and leadership of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent partnering and team-building skills
- Experience working with materials planning and supply teams and familiarity with business and financial principles and KPI's management
- Able to read, write, and speak both Spanish and English proficiently
