Senior Engineering Recruiter

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Engineering Recruiter to join their team and help attract and hire top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing and recruitment, and a deep understanding of engineering and specialized roles in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry hiring roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, laser, process, and R&D engineers or similar.
• Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D, and others) and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates in various technical fields.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems such as Lever, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
