Executive Director / Vice President, Project Management

We are seeking an Executive Director / Vice President of Project Management to lead integrated project planning across the full lifecycle of drug development. The role will involve creating, maintaining, and driving detailed project plans, working closely with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior project managers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development
• 10+ years of project management experience
• PMP certification and Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated success building and managing detailed integrated project plans for complex clinical programs
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior project managers
